这是我曾在一个MV里看到的词，用它来形容这部由刘德华所主演的电影'童梦奇缘 ’，真是恰到好处。

’童梦奇缘‘，是一部 2007 年的贺岁片。刘德华在电影里饰演一个身世可怜的孩子。十二岁时妈妈的逝世对他造成了极大的伤害与打击，爸爸的再婚使他对后母与家产生倦恶感。十二岁之后的他便不再长高，甚至到了国中，小光（饰刘德华）的身高却还是跟普通的小学生一样。小光不爱回家，因为他一直怨狠着后母与爸爸破坏了他之前辛福美满的家庭。但他却一直不知道事情背后真正的的真相，期待着自己能赶快长大成人，然后离开着个他充满怨恨的家。

后母生日那天成了他人生的转泪点，后母因受不了光仔一再的出口伤害，一气之下把他给赶出家门。

而在一个偶然的机会下，小光结识了一名神秘老人，老人自称有一个喝了能令人快速长大的神奇药水，而这神奇药水吸引了光仔的好奇心。。

得到了奇水后，小光不可思议的迅即速长大，在短短几天内从十二岁的小孩变成了八十几岁的老伯。这突如其来的改变使小光看清了许多之前所没看清楚的人生道理。他也发现其实后母并不是第三者，真正的第三者其实是自己的妈妈。。他豁然开朗，并决定原谅爸爸与后母。

我想这部电影想要传达给我们的讯息有两个。第一，我们要搞清事情来的龙去脉。戏中，小光没看清爸爸对他关爱而一直以为爸爸不爱他。但爸爸其实是非常的担心他，每当小光矢踪时爸爸都会很焦急的去找他。他就是因为误会了母亲，爸爸和后母才会过得那么的不快乐。逗了一大圈才看得到父母的爱与付出。第二，我们也要好好不珍惜时间。小光变老后发现时间佷宝贵，因为他可能明天就会死，而就没有办法和爱他的爸爸继续在一起生活了。

看了这部电影后我真的感触良多，我学会我们必须要知足和好好珍惜生命中的每一分，每一秒和每一人。我也要好好努力的念书来实现我的梦想，在有生之年干些有意义并能够帮助到别人的事情。因为我不希望生命中有遗憾。"每个生命和经历都是宝, 因为它只会发生一回"。时间是惨酷的，一但流矢就不回再回来了。我们要学会珍惜它，不让生命流下遗憾。

Hi guys, i have decided to leave aside blogger for a while. I'm currently switched to xanga. Wanted to choose livejournal in the 1st place but i do not want spoil the good impression livejournal gave to me. i shall still reserve it as my private blog. I just wanted get right for a while and smell the breath of heaven so i'm still sticking to blogging but just somewhere different. I find blogger a lil' too common and commercialize so i need somewhere more peaceful and simple . haha. Went Mind Cafe with some of the xw ppl today. haha. it was super fun playing cards with them. They are all so crazy. But it was a lil' hard to get to that place. i was mislead by a passer-by and thus i nearly lost my way and i walked for 30 min in total for reaching there. hahaha. sounds funny =)
anyway, played lots of violent games today... like trading and ugly. WAHAHAHAHAHAHA! ~~~ i became a lil' more violent tooooooo~~~~~

The appetizer (tuna macaroni salad), main course (Beef Lasagna) and our dessert (Fudge cake brownie plus vanilla ice cream)!

wahahha, thank God i din eat much in the afternoon today. And also thanks xinwei for the treat! :)

My house short-circuit yesterday night. I think someone play a prank outside my door. How bo liao are they. hahahaaaa.

By the way, i've started xanga but i guess ima not gonna blog there. Just wanna make there a place where i store my collection of photos. Be it photos of cg outing, school events, celebrities or even my own masterpiece. hee i've had to many blogs so i think i'll leave xanga for keeping my pictures so they won't be here and there in my folders in helen lappy.

Accompanied Xin En to go down for Derrick He Wei Jian's autograph session at J8 yesterday. Felt a lil guilty cos i wasn't really his fan.. But well~~~ He can dance and sing very well and he is soooooo friendly! He would say 'hi' and shook hands with everyone who goes up to the stage to get his autograph.

Kbox with AMY today!

Went kbox with Amy today. Haven go out with her for ages. i think the last time we went out together with each other was last year December. haha. Anyway, it was really nice catching up with her.

But sorry Amy, i wasn't really in the mood to sing today.

haha.

We left Chinatown kbox at 6 and waited for our buses to head back home. 851 passed by the familiar Riverwalk at Clarke Quay, the Bak Kut Teh shop, the Mica building and Funan Mall. It reminded me that i haven been to Power House for a very long time. And it also reminded me that how, during the starting of this year, how i passed by these places having visions in my mind i wanna fulfill.

How i planned my goals as i walked over to Power House.

The happy thing is, i still have 1 more month till End Of Year Exams and 3 more months left to counting down to year 2009.

God has been really good these 9 months and i believe this last lap of the year will be really fruitful. :)

It has been raining almost everday for at least the past 2-3 weeks. I've took lots of photos and videos of it as i pass by places where it rains. I have been cultivating this habit lately of capturing down pictures depicting rainy days. It is nice isn't it?

Stepping into the holidays. I thought to myself that i must get things renewed. Yes, no more procrastinating and excuses.

I have had too much of holidays already, its time to get recharge and start things all over again.

FIRST STEP : I/you have to believe that we can make it! ( be it studying, fulfilling homework or clearing our rubbish on our study tables and bookshelves)

2nd STEP- I/you have to do it out in actions!

Went to catch WALL-E with Shimin today and the movie was rather touching and funny! haha.

It has been a long while since we last went out with each other.. And we went to Cineleisure again to have our subway and catch our movie. Bumped into JQ at Herren after our movie. haha.

Hi peeps! Just a little update about life. What should i blog about...

Just some random updates and thoughts bah. Shouldn't get too limited and restricted in blogging. Actually i do owe a private blog in livejournal. No one knows it and no one can get access to it. I remember i started blogging in livejournal 2 years ago, under the influence of June ( she used to blog in livejournal last time).

I started this private blog because i was too stressed up and depressed about life and school thus i was searching for some ways to release my emotions. I remembered i will often burst out while i was blogging cos i was really stressed up. Sometimes we focus on the negative too much and that make us ended up feeling the same way we thought to ourselves. Thats the power of our mind ya.

Back to the blogging in livejournal, i guess that is the private place where i release my emotions and write down all my precious memories i have with God. Like the revelations i got, the promises i heard from Him and all the encouraging and uplifting words i heard from God, i will write it down, wanting to keep it as a record of my good memories and encounters with God.

I really couldn't find anywhere else where i feel comfortable writing all my thoughts. Partly because i am afraid how people will think of me and how they will judge me.

I am a person who don't really find opening up to share my problems an easy thing to so i express it into words in my blogs. I don't really care what kind of words and type of languages i use and how i my sentences. Because the most important thing is that i feel comfortable of the things i do.

I came across many blogs thru the internet which their entries encouraged me deeply during my times of need. Reading thru their testimonies and past experiences inspired me to want to become someone like them one day in the future. I truly believe that nothing and no one's experience is a waste to the world. Everything has a purpose and you can never underestimate its power to influence another individual. Maybe thats someone who is sitting on the other side of the computer screen reading what you have wrote.

So don't ever despise the little things that you do.

If blogging can be a form of influencing people and changing lives, what else can't?

It simply depends on how you view and value what you do and that determines how far it can go.....

I don't have a good impression of Singtel anymore.

They calculated my bill wrongly again. I am seriously very annoyed by them.

According to my friends, this is not the 1st time such things happen. And i believe singtel is not the only company which will send miscalculated bills to their customers, the company with Helen uses have this kind of problems as well.

I don't think this is good service.

I don't use to be loud and so talkative infront of ppl last time.

Thank you for all the encouragements and for believing in me. I still remember i was an hour late for cch the 1st time i did busing by myself. haha.

Thank you for being so lenient on me when i wasn't doing very well in school and the few smses and calls which i din reply and pick up actually gave me great encouragements.

I am really sorry for being uncontactable for visitation sometimes but thanks for the grace and for not scolding me. And definitely not forgetting your effort for smsing me during my bday this year. Its always the lil' things that counts yeah.

You are a inspiration for me to becoming a better CCH teacher. Especially in the area of being more loving, caring, accountable, sharp, effective and available for more busing and visitation. I will not despite my youth and i will continue to serve in children church until God calls me on another mission. haha.

Back to update! hahaha first of all. Wishing all the teachers a 'HAPPY TEACHERS' DAY!'.

Today's celebration in school was fun. I especially love that part where the teachers acted in the skit. They really 'chu ka liao' ! haha.

Actually i didn't intend to return to Peixin today but Melody and JP managed to persuade me. So yeah, i went back and i'm happy that i did! Saw a few friends of mine and some of them really changed alot, while some still remains the same. haa.

Peixin changed alot as well, it was so different compared with last time.

AN AMAZING STORY TO SHARE!

I was munching on Ruffles potato chips while i got hooked on this Reader's Digest Feb issue.

It has been left on my study table for while so i decided i would just take a look at it.

And amazingly i saw an article on "The Nights I Spent In My Car". It was a true account of the story of a girl who had a broken childhood and whom due some relationships and other problems, lived in her car for nearly 9 months. Having to suffer and survive without a proper shelter, job, food to eat, friends to depend on and constant shifting to different places to park her car and settled herself.

Her story was eventually published in May 2007, into a book name ' The True Story Of A Little Girl Who didn't belong' .

Her story got noticed through her blog updates . CLICK!

It was really a very encouraging story. Thank God reader's digest published it. I am definitely going to get this book!

That is the power of internet! and how each and every single one of our experiences can touch the lives of another individual!

Sometimes i felt that i have really missed out alot. And i wonder why do i keep pressing on so much.

I feel that many times, giving up seems to be the easiest way out. Easier than persevering.

But i know i cannot give up. Because i have a purpose . That is why i hold on to it so tightly. No matter how many times i failed, how many times i felt so depressing.

So i am not gonna give up. I believe that one's experience can be so precious. It can be a form of encouragement to another.

If it is not because of God, i think i had long given up. I wouldn't have been so stubborn.

He gave me the strength that i always needed, He gave me the peace and assurance in my heart.

Making me fulfill something i've never thought of fulfilling in my life before.

He has always been by my side, He will never give up on me. So i believe this time He will be the same also.

Supporting me and always by my side. Giving me strength to overcome all my obstacles.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY PASTOR KONG AND MONEY NOT ENOUGH 2 MOVIE SCREENING!

A BLOWN AWAY BDAY CELEBRATION!

Yesterday was our very own SOT graduation service and i am more than happy to announce that my second sister, HELEN CHEN QITING was officially graduated from SOT! *CONGRATULATIONS!!!* *CLAPS CLAPS! ROUND OF APPLAUDS FOR HER!!!*

It was really a miracle that she is able graduate from SOT, haha shall not go into further details about that but God is really good yea. It was a very touching service ytd cos we celebrated Pastor Kong's birthday during svr.

I was on the verge of tears when the singers sang that Hero song while the video was being played. Pst Kong is really my HERO and HE ROCKS!

It has been such an amazing journey of faithfulness, sacrifice and courage. His beliefs, unconditioned love and actions have moved me tremendously and inspired me to look up to him as such a great and living example in life. And yeah, our journey as a church has only just started! Yesterday's bday celebration really touches and moved my heart deeply.

MONEY NOT ENOUGH 2 MOVIE SCREENING!

Yoyoyo! Today was the movie screening for 'Money Not Enough 2' at expo hall 8 and i've enjoyed myself! It was very rare to catch a movie inside expo hall but the feeling is good. Cos we're all familiar with that place and its so easy and convenient to get to the washroom and etc.

We had a chance to watch the entire movie and after that we had some live performances from the cast's actors.

Hello guys! I am back from school and from morning prayer meeting.

I bet this is gonna be a long post cos there are so many things on my mind to blog about and also many pictures to post up :)

Morning prayer meeting at HOG today was awesome. It wasn't those super hip-up prayer meeting but was rather a quiet time for us to dedicate out first hour of the day to God. I really loveeeeeee it man! I was so REFRESHED!Ever since church started this MPM thing last holiday, i always desire to go for it everyday but unfortunately i have school.

Really thank God that Gwen called me ytd to ask whether i wanna go down for it before school starts at 845.

And God answered that lil' desire that i had in my heart. Yeah, when there seems no way, God will surely make a way.

Cos He is our awesome God! hahaha!

It made me treasure MPM even more. I really thank God for this opportunity to go down MPM before school today because thats what i always desire in my heart :)

Oh and HOG 's hall is like a mini version of expo hall 8. With all the black curtains and blink blink stage. The design of their hall is so beautiful and funky, very different from what i thought it would be.

And school seems so pass really fast today! The dismissal bell rang in just a blink of eyes.

Guess it was because of the MPM. And man, it is already near to 4 right now.

This is the lift that helps us to go up to HOG at the 12th level of Singapore Post.

Breadfast church prepared for us before leaving for school/work. Ate it on the cab while on the way to school.

Good morning everyone! i am going down for morning prayer meeting at Paya Lebar right now.

Really thank God for wednesday, cos school starts at 8.45am and thus i am able to go down.

Ever since the 1st time i went for morning prayer meeting during June holidays this year, i always desire to go down, everyday especially when there is school. Cos i really wanna get myself right before i do anything for the day.

I believe prayers refreshes us and i will get a touch from God and hear His voice today at MPM.

It is always the little things that count, the little things that matter.

Alright it was pictures 1st then somemore updates about life.

Went for FOP at indoor stadium today.

It was Parachute band and Reuben Morgan who led us into a time of praise and worship. Though today is the 1st time i got introduced to this band and their songs. I think they really produce great songs and they rock!

Er Jie said that the song leader resembles Pst Sidney and his leading style is pretty much like Pst Sidney.

I beg to differ, though they really look quite alike, but they both have different leading styles :) Just that i am more used to Sidney's one. haha.

Hm maybe 'True Worshippers' can come and lead us next year? Probably during next year 's FOP or CHC svr?

Yupps and it was Pst Mark Conner who shared the word. Oh man I LOVEEEEE HIM man! He is so humorous and his message is so revelational and practical. He uses very simple words yet he is able to convey the whole thing in such a clear way. Was laughing almost from the start of the sermon till the end. Just love him. I went for tuition in the afternoon today. The 1st time ever in my life that i am going for tuition.

hahaha but well, its good yea. Mr Chan's 2 daughters are extremely adorable and shy. They even offered me food to eat (those toys food that children play with). But they are too shy to give me on their own, so they pass the food to him and he passed it to me. hahaha they are so cuteeeeeee man. Had quite a good time there today so i hope the trip there for the next 1 month or 2 will be a fruitful and good one :)

I really hope i can go for music lesson.

So guys, please pray for me for the financial part and availability of time. Esp when my Os are just next year.

I need good time management, wisdom, discipline, prayers and enough finances .

It wasn't easy to study, haha i mean everybody will agree with that. But studying is actually very fun yea. I mean, beside the stress and everything, but knowledge is POWER!

Stress make up grow and we have to handle stress in order to learn the way of life. Cos thats just life.

haha and life is so fun! We just have to learn to appreciate and enjoy life :)

Okay back to studying, i love to study at Woodlands library. The place is so quiet and peaceful. But its too quiet that i can't sing while i was studying ( i always sing while i study at home/in school/BK). But still, thats a good place to concentrate and have a fruitful time studying.

I am blogging away right now while i'm still using Microsoft word.

I especially love it to blog at night. The feeling is so peaceful and everything seems to have slow and quieten down. No longer that fast-pace. I enjoy and appreciate the peace and silence in my room as i am blogging away in the air-conditioned room without lights on (everything is so quiet except the snoring sound of my dad who is sleeping behind me right now. but thats alright haha).

I love the song 'Rain' by Priscilla Ahn. Been listening to it over and over again. Got introduced to her songs by Helen. Maybe you wanna check her out on imeem or youtube? She's got so many other beautiful songs awaiting for you to discover.

Music is really a part of my life. Can't imagine how my life would be without music and singing. It would seems so no-life.

Today Pst Derrick taught us about knowing what fills and drains your tank. He shared with us that music is one of those things which satisfies and fills him. That definitely applies to me as well. A Melodies tune is one of my ingredient to living my life to its fullest. Listening to music and singing fills and satisfy and soul.

Well, maybe music doesn't fill you in your tank but i am sure we all have our own passions and interests where we feel so happy and satisfied when we have done it. It can be in the area of sports, shopping, movies, reading, traveling and etc..

So its really very important for us to do some self-reflection in order to live a successful and victorious life.

Remember- We are MORE than a CONQUERER! And we deserve to live a wonderful and victorious life..

I am getting tired.....

Today the Taiwan Youth Camp video touches my heart deeply. Though i wasn't there physically to experience the entire thing, but i was tremendously touched, blessed, inspired and blown away by how broken, hungry and willing the Taiwanese people are in yearning and desiring after God, and after God's kingdom and purpose for their life. I see their faithfulness and hungriness after God. And all God wanted was not perfect vessels who have great abilities, but EMPTY and WILLING vessels who are willing to lay down the whole of their life for Jesus and His kingdom's sack. Though we by ourselves we have no abilities, but we can fully rely on God's strength to guide and lead us into a higher calling. This video almost drawn me to tears. I told myself that i want to be in a part of this great work next time and experience the same presence and power (and even greater) when i go for mission trips few years down the road. As i am watching the video, i could vividly see myself in being a part of them, worshipping, praying and visualizing together with them. Experiencing this great work of God in that place.

Thats the power of visualizing.

If you can see it, you can have it.

I see myself being in a part of this mission work.

So i believe with all of my heart that one day, one day in the very near future i will be going over to Taiwan(or some other countries) to do mission work and bring forth a huge revival.

but firstly, i have to start at where i am right now.

Finally recovered from sore throat and ulcers.

Man, it was bad bad bad getting sick.

I found out that the best and most effective way to recovering, beside seeing doctor, taking medication and resting at home, is definitely to pray for healing.

Was really surprise to have received quite a number of birthday wishing this year. Thought that not much ppl will remember but hey God gave me a surprise. Yeah. Okay so just to name a few, Xinwei's message shocked me and Sin Yee, Xinmin and Janice's call made my day :)

Hello everyone.

Today is my birthday and i have turned a year older.

First up i want to thank Eileen for the wishing where i received a birthday message from her at 08:08 in the morning. Yea, i really appreciate the greeting from you. Thank you sista! :)

Secondly i wanna thank my family for the planning of going for steamboat later on :)

Thirty i wanna thank for the celebrations and greetings thats yet to come. blehs :P

And lastly i had a few weird dreams yesterday, that made me wake up having headache and made me feel very blur for a few moments.

This year's birthday feels a lil' different.

It wasn't a very happy season for me .

But still, 15 years ago God gave me my first cry and its the start of my mission in life.

So i shall be thankful and rejoice in this day.

Well, next year is gonna be better. I proclaim it!

I'm currently listening "Reach out with love" by Sun.

This is song she sang in President Star Awards 4 years back in 2004. I remembered i was only 11 years old at that time. And vividly remember in my mind that i was with Shijia and da jia er jie at Mac having snacks before we all rushed home for the show. That day was the day before school reopen during March holidays.

Oh well back to the song, the song is so nice, so good, i felt the peace listening to that song.

It made me feel like crying. haas.

Went to PolyClinic today because i had smth like a lump at the back of my ear. I think it wasn't smth very serious but the doctor had no idea what that lump of thing is also so she referred me to see a ear specialist at Tan Tock Seng.

Hmm think it was nothing serious but still its better to go to have a check up.

And also the doctor suggests me to go and have a blood test to see if i have pin xue ( dunno how to spell in english) cos i've been having giddiness and headache . hahas kind of troublesome actually and i don't feel like going.....

Hahas anyway the doctor whom i consulted is so pretty.. :)

The Doll and The White Rose

I hurried into the local department store to grab some last minute Christmas gifts. I looked at all the people and grumbled to myself. I would be in here forever and I just had so much to do. Christmas was beginning to become such a drag.
I kinda wished that I could just sleep through Christmas. But I hurried the best I could through all the people to the toy department. Once again I kind of mumbled to myself at the prices of all these toys. And wondered if the grandkids would even play with them.I found myself in the doll aisle.
Out of the corner of my eye I saw a little boy about 5 holding a lovely doll. He kept touching her hair and he held her so gently. I could not seem to help myself. I just kept looking over at the little boy and wondered who the doll was for. I watched him turn to a woman and he called his aunt by name and said, "Are you sure I don't have enough money?"
She replied a bit impatiently, "You know that you don't have enough money for it." The aunt told the little boy not to go anywhere that she had to go get some other things and would be back in a few minutes.
And then she left the aisle. The boy continued to hold the doll.After a bit I asked the boy who the doll was for. He said, "It is the doll my sister wanted so badly for Christmas. She just knew that Santa would bring it."
I told him that maybe Santa was going to bring it. He said "No, Santa can't go where my sister is. I have to give the doll to my Momma to take to her."I asked him where his sister was. He looked at me with the saddest eyes and said "She has gone to be with Jesus. My Daddy says that Momma is going to have to go be with her." My heart nearly stopped beating.Then the boy looked at me again and said,
"I told my Daddy to tell Momma not to go yet. I told him to tell her to wait till I got back from the store." Then he asked me if I wanted to see his picture. I told him I would love to. He pulled out some pictures he'd had taken at the front of the store. He said "I want my Momma to take this with her so she don't ever forget me.
I love my Momma so very much and I wish she did not have to leave me. But Daddy says she will need to be with my sister."I saw that the little boy had lowered his head and had grown so very quiet. While he was not looking I reached into my purse and pulled out a hand full of bills. I ask the little boy, "Shall we count that money one more time?" He grew excited and said, "Yes, I just know it has to be enough."
So I slipped my money in with his and we began to count it. And of course it was plenty for the doll. He softly said, "Thank you Jesus for giving me enough money." Then the boy said, "I just ask Jesus to give me enough money to buy this doll, so Momma can take it with her to give to my sister and he heard my prayer! I wanted to ask him for enough to buy my Momma a white rose, but I didn't ask him, but he gave me enough to buy the doll and a rose for my Momma. She loves white roses so very very much."In a few minutes the aunt came back and I wheeled my cart away.
I could not keep from thinking about the little boy as I finished my shopping in a totally different spirit than when I had started. And I kept remembering a story I had seen in the newspaper several days earlier about a drunk driver hitting a car and killing a little girl and the Mother was in serious condition.
The family was deciding on whether to remove the life support. Now surely this little boy did not belong with that story.Two days later I read in the paper where the family had disconnected the life support and the young woman had died. I could not forget the little boy and just kept wondering if the two were somehow connected.
Later that day, I could not help myself and I went out and bought some white roses and took them to the funeral home where the young woman was. And there she was holding a lovely white rose, the beautiful doll, and the picture of the little boy in the store. I left there in tears, my life changed forever.
The love that little boy had for his little sister and his mother was overwhelming. And in a split second a drunk driver had ripped the life of that little boy to pieces.

Reading this story breaks my heart.

Went to a few blogs just now and i realized that i should really blog more like myself.

Maybe its under the influence of the blogs that i visit that made me often blog like the way they are and miss out the real and true meaning of blogging.

Where blogging should actually be like a diary where i record down my day-to-day encounters and what i learnt to make me grow in life. And also to remind myself and encourage others through all my thoughts..

I think i need to get back to myself again, find back those passion, fire and dreams i used to have in the past. Being honest and true to myself.

Ya, and the truth is that everyone will fall and get lost in life.. But its the courage which we chose to uphold that make us stronger and never want to fall back again...

Just a blink of an eye, today is already the last day of holidays.

School is gonna restart tml, though i always tell myself that "it is not about how you start but how you END". But often i start better than i end.

I feel that i didn't make good use of this holidays, seems that I've wasted it cos I've not accomplish anything significant.

Wanted to buck up and study real hard this holidays but still i only kick start a little...

But at least i started a chinese book and i'm already halfway through it. Next i would start a english book.

It is time to start revising for EYE.

Many of us went down to the airport to welcome him on Monday.

Funny and crazy us.
We actually took these paper from BK. Those paper which are actually meant for placing on the top of the tray for serving. The 20 over of us shouted like crazy and many others thought that it was some celebrity whom touched down. Hm, thats probably how "famous" Johnson is..
We're like his little fans. And beside being a leader for us, he seems like our 'papa' as well.

OH AND BY THE WAY,

Campus superstar, "Shawn Tok" is coming over to perform for children church this saturday! So to all his fans out there, please don't miss this great chance to see and hear him singing in real person and don't forget to bring your camera along too!

Hmmm.. Haven had a proper update for quite awhile.

"The Show Down"
We had a Zone outing called "The Show Down" at Pasir Ris Park today. Was actually feeling quite reluctant to go in the first place due to the wet and cozy weather in the morning. But still i managed pushed myself there despite having such a cozy weather for sleeping.
Well, i came to a conclusion that i am not a pig or lazy bum so i shouldn't be sleeping and wasting my all time away at home the whole day when there's such a happening and fun outing at Pasir Ris.
Thank God that i went because it was very fruitful :)

I was in the Team 10 tog with Sin Yee, Ivan and Ce Cao and Faith from E371. Where Ce Cao was the team leader and Alicia being the Assistant.
To Alicia: Hello Alicia :) nice to have meet you, lets keep in touch and hope to see you in church or zone meeting very soon :) Take care =)
And the rest of the team members too. Nice to have meet you guys, I think we all did our best today and i had fun playing tog with you all. :)
I think i really cho ga liao today and i threw all my "image" and "self-awareness" away in the dustbin. It was such fun playing all the games when you decided not to care about your image or anything else. hahas. Just focus on having fun and making new friends.

Yea though my team din win any prizes but like what i said i had a lot of fun getting dirty and co-ordinating while playing the games with my team members. We got in 4th at the tele-match, so HAPPY TEAM lets give ourselves a round of applauds. ~~claps~~claps~~!!

MY THOUGHTS
Time to share a little of my thoughts these few days.
God is really good. He's very very good. Thats the reason why the word 'GOD' and 'GOOD' has only an 'O' difference.
I met with a group of people today. Or in fact to be specific, i met them just now.
I was actually a little discouraged about something recently but i felt the assurance of God to continue to have faith and trust in Him no matter how bad the situation around us may seems to be when i met them.
Finally, I had my answer and encouragement from God when i met with the group of people whom i don not know at all in the past. Thank God.
God is so amazing, so real and so on time.
I think i had my answer and i need to work on it further.
haahs. Maybe you do not know what am i talking about but its okay.

Revival is coming.
Open up your spiritual mind and eyes.
Envision together with me.
Surely, i know revival is coming.
Lets continue to pray and fast. Be ready in season and out of season.
"I can see it already, so i can have it."
Vision that together with me too.
Yes, indeed REVIVAL IS COMING.
"You see that too, so you will have it for sure."
If that is from the Lord.

BELIEVE IT, SEE IT, AND YOU WILL HAVE IT.

But one thing that i've learnt, so what if its a divine calling, only the disciplined and those who desired with a humble heart will eventually get to the promised land.

Lets not forget the basic, which is to love God and be a blessing to the world.

HELLOS. I just woke up from sleep.
Finally i can rest at home the whole day tml to study and clean up my shelves.
Was actually suppose to send Johnson off and meet the rest for Swensens just now but i fall asleep at home.
Feel so bad about it,i saw that my hp was flooded with 9 messenges and 9 miss calls when friends when i woke up.

P.S : Sorry everyone for not picking up your calls and replying your smses just now cos i was too tired. =)

Seriously i need a good rest and a time for myself tml to recharge.
I need to be charged up physically and spiritually.
I need to pray.
I need to read the word of God.
and...
I need to fast.
Plus i need to continue with dieting and get fit exercising again.

我觉得有时候用华文来打文章真是别有一番风味。因为往往那些所不能用英文来形容的心情都可以利用华文更明确和完善的表达出来。
有时侯一些英文的道理听久了，我们人就会开始变得麻木起来。
哈哈哈！我很感主让我能精通双语，这样一来我就能用另外一个角度和表现方式去好好仔细的想一想人生道理　：）

Recently i am into learning singing and guitar without professional coaching, thank God there's a few help that my friends and sister can offer, and thus i am able to learn something i always liked even though i cannot take up any lessons now yet.

haahas but thats okay! The process of waiting makes me learn how to treasure the things i have even more. And also

There's this BS brothers that came to perform for church ytd. Man, they're a pair of jap brothers who are only age 8 and 13 respectively and they dance really well. SO CUTEEEEEEE~~~ Such talented brothers.
I really think we should start learning nurturing our talents at a young age, because it'll be too late to start when you grew up.

hellos. This is gonna be a photo blog. I have so many pictures to post up but sadly i lost some of them.

Actually Evelyn is rather zilian too if you din realise it in the past. hahas. Pardon me. Girls are like that, and sometimes even guys too =)

Again Evelyn has been sleeping at quite a ridiculous hour of 4am or 5am for the past few days. Been really guilty about because i felt i've wasted the whole morning sleeping rather then studying, praying or even doing things that seem more significant.

Well i think i've had more than enough rest so i make a promise to myself i will make it a point to sleep latest by12am everyday so as to clock up my beauty sleep hour and also recharged myself up.
Spending the whole morning sleeping and midnight surfing net ain't doing you any good, you're simply just wasting all your precious time away.
I think i need to be wise to make full use of every single day.
So Evelyn, JIA YOU and GABATETH!!

So as i've mentioned i slept till 230pm today and went down for cch P.U.S.H camp @ 615 Riverwalk. Wow, it was very power packed and was something new for the kids to really get on their butt to PRAY.UNTIL.SOMETHING.HAPPENS.
They reminds me of when ima still a kid in cch, where i don't really have a prayer life. but since graduating from cch, Pastor Kong's teaching on prayer has changed my perspective of being a Christian and our mindset and lifestyle on prayer. Where prayer is very crucial for us in our walk with God in order to commune and build a personal relationship with Him.

Evelyn seriously needs to invest herself a diary cos the demand of remembering all the events and things to do has gotten her crazy.
Is there any suggestions on the places that offer good and affordable diary?

P.S : Mummy is flying over to Malaysia. Note the word 'flying'. Lets pray for journy mercy =)

Hahas! Da Jie friend just gave her this 希望专辑 from New Life Church! This is something i always wanted and God answered my prayer! wahahahas!! Also, God shocked me too, i shall go into further details later ..
Anyway, in my own opinion, this album is superb! It is filled with many superb songs written and sang by all the nicest songwriters and singers.
There is Liu Geng Hong, Wing Luo Wen Yu, Sun, FIR and many more ...
Listening to this album made me wanna cry.. hahahas.. Its one way to relieve your emotions..

Well, talked about my results, no word could describe my feelings at the moment. God is good yea, super super super duper good! I am so grateful and shocked. He is beyond all i could i ask or imagine, more than anything on earth i could ask for! Tell me tell me, what did exactly do to have deserve such an awesome Father with me by my side..
Actually i thought wouldn't score very well this time round, but i got 2nd in class.. And it is not the position that matters, it is the promise God given me that came to pass..
You never know how stress and exhuasted i felt during the exams, and how helpless and discouraged i am that made me nearly given it all up. But God never fails to give me the assurance and peace in my heart despite me feeling so defeated in my own trapped up mind.
He is the one the gave me the strength to carry on when i was weak.

I am too thrilled to write down anything proper at the moment..
Pardon me, i am simply toooooooooooooooooooooooo SHOCKED and thankful to God!
All glory to my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ! My beloved heavenly Father! :)

Blogging is a way of relieving your stress whenever you get trapped or stucked. I mean, it is so hard to perserve. It sounds so easy to talk about but was so hard to do it out in actions. I am really on the verge to give up already. But God i know you will pull me back no matter what.

Ya what have i been really doing man. I've been really wasting my time away, i need to step out of this vicious cycle ima in to start afresh once again.
It sounds so easy, but it is definitely not to do it out in actions. Here comes my season of challenge, i have so many questions in my mind to ask God. And God never fails to comfort me and give me the rest, peace and assurance i always needed whenever i feel like giving up.
Lord, this time will be the same also right?
Someone experiencing a season of hardness often lose out from the big picture. But i know whatever problems ima going through will come to pass one day. I just need all the support to overcome myself!
Yes, MYSELF! God has been so gracious and wonderful and awesome and beyond all i could ever ask or imagine.
I know i have a purpose, thats why the devil kicks in so often and strong. I will not fail, i will not allow myself to fail be it how difficult the situation is!
DEVIL, IMA GONNA KICK YOU AWAY IN THE NAME OF JESUS!
No weapon form against me shall prosper!
I need to be strong, need to be really really deep deep deep constant constant strong and have FAITH!
i need to change my mindset. whatever whatever. I want to peel off my old skin and let the new one grow again!!

Hello everybody!

The reason for blogging in my previous post is because my internt is having some problems and i couldn't create a new post, thus i have to blog in my previous one.
Finally today i had my last paper, so i do not have to stay up late till midnight to study anymore.
"RELIVED"

My little ingredients of life - happiness and love, and not forgetting music and singing=) Thats what i love to do yea. I shall continue loving and doing it till the end of my life.

oh maybe that sounded far too serious. But well....

hahas.
okay, I'm getting a little sentimental and emotional right now, guess its the song that I'm listening to that kind of set me thinking.
Been having quite alot of thoughts recently, if you have been reading my past few entries i've been taking about life..
I think life is a litte too short and precious for us to waste and to drain away our energy for something that will shortchange us(which isn't worth it at all).

Childish thinking, immature behavios, taking things forgranted. lets all wake up from our idea and get on our butt to do something much more significant.
You're never too young to do something great, it lies within yourself to believe it.
Don't despise your youth, life 's too short to be wasted, whats more about youth.

I want to leave a LEGACY and see day BIG BIG picture in my youth day.

No regrets. I will never want to lie on the rocking chair thinking i've wasted all my life away.

I am once again comforted by God's presence :) It has been great, awesome and wonderful being in His presence.

You don't know. I became so nasty just now, i screamed and shouted at my father. I couldn't take it anymore, that i finally broke down and cried. This is the uglier side of Evelyn. I need some relieve. So many things are happening at this crucial time of exams, i cannot allow myself to fall.
And i won't fall, because God will always be there to carry me through. =)

Maybe many people are wondering about my life, wondering what have i been really up to?
Well, it may not seem well on the surface, but i know deep within there's a reason for all these problems to happen. I am good. Yes, good. All by the grace of God.

I just want to say that i am learning. learning to better a better person.
I have so much so much to do and accomplish. I know my purpose.

Tears just burst out the moment i cried out to God, telling Him the desires of my heart and how much i needed His strength to carry on.

I realise there's so much in life i need to do that i cant be wasting my time and draining away my energy. Forget about all those childish thinking, life's much much more than just sitting around everyday wasting your time. "Time passes"

I am good. Though i wasn't in a very good mood in the day but i am comforted right now.
I want to see the big picture.

This is rather frustrating cos i was intending to share about something quite important to me and i really put in alot of effort typing and sharing but it somehow din work. Fine, lets see how am i gonna join those bits and pieces of memories together but i am not gonna do it now cos i'm not in the mood..

I think you will see me with no more teeth soon.

nah... just joking but one of my tooth is going to drop out very soon so i'm going to the dental tml to pluck it out.. Well, i am feeling very unwilling to do so cos i dont want to survive for months looking "bo guy" but i had no choice.

So many things on my mind to blog about but just don't know where to start with..

hahas maybe i should wait till next time to pen down my thoughts. Just came back from cg and fellowship with Wanyi,Vian and Chris at Sakura.

I've been thinking how long am i still gonna wait to be able to go and learn singing and have tuition.

But the financial situation at home now don't allow..

But its OK! Its fine!

I believe and trust in God that as i continue to sow in His kingdom and be patient to wait upon His blessings, one day what i desire in my heart shall come to pass.

Indeed, "Blessed are those who have not seen yet believe it in their heart."

I just wanna trust God like a child, having childlike faith.

I wanna don't care when it is gonna happen, but i know and simply believe it will come to pass very soon. Yes, very soon. I believe in God!

The feeling and process of waiting ain't that good. But "so-what"?

God still love me and i still love Him. I know He has something greater in stored for me, i don't need to worry a single bit and He is gonna blow me away with something i've never think or imagine.

Today i was just so stress up about the mid-year exams. Yes, the mid-year exams everyone is talking about right now.
It has been so trying of me i tried to cover up all that 3 weeks of lessons i have missed. Really i learnt how to fully depend on God's strength and listen to His small little voice in my heart.
It can be so trying and draining to try doing things on your own. But i thank God He gave me the assurance i needed and i have peace in my heart right now.
It just feel so good talking to God. I am just relieved.

I dislike writting bad english. I have not been working on my english for the past months.
I want better writting skills and vocaburary. I want an 'A1' for english for 'O' level.

I asked God in my room today. "God i wonder where do you stand in my room? I know You are here. Are You standing near to the window beside the fan, or sitting beside me on my bed? And if You're sitting on my bed, are You on my left, right or infront of me? How i wish i can see You face to face right now. :)"
Thats what i asked God, sounds like a little girl's question.
I told God i want to be His little girl and abide childlike faith.

Wednesday my best friend commented : "Evelyn, i think you're treating ur church and church stuff too heavy, you're draining yourself."

-Children church(Thurs and sat)
-Service(sat)
-Cell Group Meeting(Sun)

Wow, almost everyday in the week i am commited to something in church.
But I find joy in doing all these thing. Because im not doing it for the just the sake of doing, i dont treat it as a chore, i m serving God and touching people, touching lives.

Seriously speaking, if i ever stop visiting my kids and serving cch on sat, i really can't function well. Forget talking about cg and svr, they are a part of my life. I am so excited to meet God and be changed every single week.
It became a lifestyle and a desire for me.

Of course i get tired and exhausted at times when i feel like giving up. But i still perserve on, i can never imagine how my life would be if i am without God, without serving Him and just being in His persence talking to Him.
Thats how my life function and work out, all by the strength and grace of God.

Internet connection- turns me off.

This internet connection is really getting me on my nerve! The connection has been running so slow ever since i got back home using and this is surely not the 1st time such thing happens. This has been happening for countless times already. Yes, countless, i've lost count of it. It worsen especially during night-time.

This totally spoils my mood and wasted my time for working on this internet connection whenever i wanna blog, msn, play friendster or check stuff in hotmail. So unproductive. I cannot even upload pictures probably even after trying it for upteem times. Imagine you are happily browsing through and uploading your pics into blogger, then when you click the 'start uploading' button, after loading and lagging for a while, the page will appear such a thing as : "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage", and give explanation like you may have lost internet connection etc etc. I definitely got tired of this phrase and i never ever wanna see it appear in my computer page again.

There's so many things which i wanna blog about today but it just simply turns me off.

I'm very affected by it thats why i dedicated a post to the router and laptop in my house. Thanks for taking your precious time to read my ramblings.

YO! HAPPY EASTR!

We're in this Easter season once again! CHEERS!! I am so glad that i went for svr in both JW and expo. What else can i say? I really salute to the drama team people, be it the actors, backstage ppl, sound crew ppl and those that simply sacrifice their life and time to make this drama work so well. 2 different drama, 2 different cast, happening at 2 different locations.

I am lazy to type more.

Shall present the pictures for today, you can see that we're still a child-at-heart by playing with all those interesting stuff at the carnival. hahas, yea but im so proud of it, proud of being a child-at-heart. 我是一个大孩子! 哈哈! (though i din join them playing but my heart was with them! hees. )

Suddenly i have this idea of going for blood donations next year when i turn 16 because since 16 is the min. required age.

Just wonder if my parents would agree to it and would i really pick up the courage to go for it. Frankly speaking i'm afraid of PAIN and i will probably faint~ upon seeing blood.. My legs always become soft and wobbly when i see blood. arghh..

Er jie recently downloaded a programme in her laptop that can record whatever songs we want from the internet. So i just need to simply play the song and then press the 'record' button at the top and it'll be recorded down in the laptop. ~So cool ar~ But i wonder if the programme is a legal one. hahas! Once again, HAPPY EASTER TO EVERYONE.
